It was reported the possibility that Amitabh Bachchan is part of Rajinikanth's Thalaivar 170, it wasn't thought of as a fact because every times Big B has been rumoured to be a part in Tamil projects.
Lyca Productions' Announcement
But not this time. Lyca Productions has gone full-throttle with Thalaivar 170 since it has enlisted top actors from the film industry which includes the legendary Amitabh himself.

This is a remarkable accomplishment in terms of casting because the film brings together amazing talent from various film industries.
The film features Fahadh Faasil of Malayalam, Rana Daggubati from Telugu and then, Big B from Hindi.
Thalaivar 170 produced by TJ Gnanavel, of Jai Bhim fame, also has Manju Warrier Ritika Singh and Dushara Vijayan in key roles. Anirudh Ravichander made the music for the movie.
