Same attack in 2022

On 16 May 2022, there was a blast in Karachi, Pakistan that resulted in the death of one woman and eight other people being injured. On 13 May 2022, a bomb blast in Sadar, the busiest commercial area of Karachi, killed one person and injured 13 others. In the same month, on 26 April 2022, there was a suicide attack at the Karachi University in which three Chinese citizens and one Pakistani citizen were killed.

3 Chinese citizen killed

These attacks on Chinese citizens in Pakistan have become more frequent in recent years. China's Deputy Ambassador to Pakistan, Pang Chunxue, has expressed concern over the safety of Chinese citizens in Pakistan. He has met with the Home Minister, Rana Sanaullah, and emphasized the need for a thorough investigation into the case and for the perpetrators to be punished as soon as possible.

Terrorism in Pakistan

It is heart-wrenching to see how violence and terrorism are still affecting the people of Pakistan. The attacks on mosques and other religious institutions are particularly concerning as they attack the very fabric of a community's beliefs and values. The loss of innocent lives is a tragedy that cannot be undone and the suffering of the families and loved ones of the victims cannot be measured.

The world must stand in solidarity with the people of Pakistan and work together to eradicate terrorism and violence. The attack on a mosque, a place of worship and peace, is an attack on humanity as a whole. It is time for us to come together and promote peace and unity, to stand up against the forces of evil that seek to divide us and to support those who have been affected by this tragedy.
